Below is a chart I found that gives you the sound of the chakras, you can make these sounds when can said individually or in combinations depending on what you want to achieve, e.g., opening up and healing the charkas. In the beginning I suggest that you keep the sound to each individual chakra. Combinations are best used under instruction for a master of spirituality.
