Can anyone please explain or provide some insight for me about karma, karmic debt, karmic cycle, and karmic partners?

 I am on a spiritual awakening journey for 3 years now and barely understand karma. I will try to make this simple as possible:

• Karma is actions taken by a person that can harm or benefit another person.
• Karma can be positive or negative.  
• Karma can be created in the life you are leading now.
• Karma can be created in incarnations that your soul has lived previously, or is living simultaneously or even in the future, as there is NO TIME in the vibration (place) where your soul resides.
• Karma can be paid back or received in this your current life.
• Karma can also be created or paid back or received in other incarnations.
